Space Exclusively for Young Business - Sexybiz for short - helps start-up companies and small businesses throughout the UK by providing office premises for up to 2 years through the Norfolk Charitable Trust.

The Sexybiz scheme aims to help foster business growth and promote enterprise. New businesses do not pay rent, rates, power or heating for the first 12 months and for the second year new businesses only pay half the usual costs which is dependent on their circumstances. After that, companies have the option of staying on site and paying the full price, or moving to other premises.

Even during these economically turbulent times, we are delighted to say that 70% of the businesses that we have supported are now successful and sustainable enterprises.
